Sensei LMS 4.26.0 is now available. This release adds editor notes for collaborating on your course and lesson content, more granular control over what you export and a first integration with the WordPress Abilities API.
Leave notes on your course and lesson content
Sensei now supports adding Notes to your courses and lessons, enabling you to leave feedback on a specific block without leaving the editor or tracking that feedback somewhere else. With Notes your team can stay aligned, track changes and turn feedback into action all in one place.

Export only what you need
Previously, exporting meant exporting all of your course content. Now you can filter by specific courses, lessons or questions. This means you no longer need to manually edit the exported CSV files to trim them down to just the content you actually want.

Laying the groundwork for AI
Sensei 4.26.0 adds read-only support for the WordPress Abilities API. This is the first step toward making your course, lesson, question and student data available to AI agents like Claude Desktop.
Four abilities are included in this release:
- List courses
- List lessons
- List questions
- List students
Write support isn’t included, but is something we plan to add in the future.
You can download Sensei LMS 4.26.0 directly from WordPress.org or update through your dashboard. Or check out all the changes in the full changelog first.
