Marking Interactive Blocks as ‘required’ is a feature of Sensei Pro.
Included Blocks
The following Interactive Blocks can be marked as ‘required’ in a lesson:
- Video (including YouTube, VideoPress, and Vimeo)
- Question
- Flashcard
- Image Hotspots
- Tasklist
Note that Questions within a Quiz block cannot be marked as ‘required’, although you can set a required passing grade for a Quiz.
How To Enable
When editing a lesson, add and configure the block that you want to make required.
Next, click the * button in the toolbar for the block.
That is all that is needed. You will see a small grey circle to the left of the required block. A checkmark will show in the circle once it is interacted with letting the learner know they have completed that requirement.
