Want more interactivity for your video courses? Start by creating an Interactive Video using our Interactive Video Block.
Here are the two ways you can achieve this:
- Transform any video into an Interactive Video Block (videos from YouTube, Vimeo, or VideoPress.)
- Insert a new Interactive Video Block right from the start.
Transforming any video into an Interactive Video Block
Have an existing video on your page, or you’ve just added one? All you have to do is click on the “Add Break Points to the video” icon as shown in the image below and done, now you have an Interactive Video Block ready to go.

An alternative way is also to click on the video icon you embedded and select from the drop-down the “Interactive Video” option. Here’s how it looks:

Insert a new Interactive Video Block right from the start
You can also start with an Interactive Video the same way you would insert a regular video on your page. Start by typing “/inter…” and the Interactive Video block should show up as an option.

Adding Break Points
Once you have an Interactive Video Block you can start adding as many Break Points as you need for your students.

We didn’t limit the content in any way, so you can add normal content as well as:
- Quiz questions and check student learning before continuing a video.
- Enable video course progression and require videos to be watched to complete a lesson.
- Use the required blocks feature to make individual break points in a video be interacted with to continue playback.
- With block visibility, hide or show different videos in course sales pages and lessons based on if the user has completed a course, is logged in, and more.
